(the "Software") is intended solely for your personal
non-commercial home entertainment use. You may not decompile,

by law. CrystalAppleSoftware Corporation and its licensors
retain all right, title and interest in the Software including
all intellectual property rights embodied therein and derivatives
thereof. The Software, including, without limitation, all
code, data structures, images, sounds, text, screens, game
play, derivative works and all other elements of the Software
may not be copied, resold, rented, leased, distributed (electronically
or otherwise), used on a pay-per-play, coin-op or other for-charge
basis, or for any commercial purpose. Any permissions granted
herein are provided on a temporary basis and can be withdrawn
by CrystalAppleSoftware Corporation at any time. All rights
not expressly granted are reserved.

of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, CrystalAppleSoftware Corporation and its suppliers disclaim
all warranties, either express or implied, including, but
not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty against
infringement, with regard to the Software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no
event shall CrystalAppleSoftware Corporation or its suppliers
be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages
for loss of business time, business profits, business information,
or any other kind of loss) arising out of the use of, or inability
to use the Software, or the failure to provide support services,
even if CrystalAppleSoftware Corporation or one of its suppliers
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CrystalAppleSoftware
Corporation's entire liability shall not exceed the price
paid for the Software.
