or other similar ways to boost their sales. Provide them source
disk, reasonable price, marketing materials, technology support
and all necessary resources they needed for sale. Most of our products
are now available for resale.
Minimum sales volume requirements for full partnership benefits
Agreement to keep accounts current and in good standing
Agreement to enter into a written confidentiality agreement
Appointment by applicant of a single contact person within your
organization to serve as an expert for Swishsoft and be authorized
to deal with all issues related to the partnership internally and
externally - this designate would be responsible to:
-->Act as the in-house expert for Swishsoft Company
-->Train authorized partner sales personnel on all Swishsoft
Company products
-->Announce and promote new products and promotions to authorized
partner staff
-->Provide technical support to authorized partner staff and
their end-users if necessary
-->Report to and follow up with Swishsoft Company as required
Adherence to written policies regarding direct and indirect sales
Agreement to give 30-days notice prior to termination of an authorized
partnership agreement

purpose.

All advanced technology of Swishsoft Company is open to partners.
